This website is managed by GCP IOW Ltd (Trading as Gully Howard Commercial Property). We take the protection of your personal data seriously and are committed to protecting this information in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

GCP IOW Ltd. collects the names, addresses and contact information in the form of telephone numbers and email addresses from you as a customer, landlord, tenant, buyer, or prospective tenant. We may also collect other personal information about your financial circumstances. We keep copies of letters and records of telephone calls along with information that we receive about you from other people to ensure that we comply with financial legislation. We may also keep some personal details of any payments made in connection with your tenancy.

Why do we collect your information?

GCP IOW Ltd uses personal information to enable us to satisfy our obligations under contract with our customers and tenants.

Our right to process information

We are permitted to process information under GDPR Article 6 (1) (a) (b) and (e) when:

  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, or
  • ​processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or

How we use your information

We will only use any personal information you send us for the purposes for which you provide it. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary.  All employees who have access to your personal data and are associated with the handling of that data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.  We aim to keep the information we have about you accurate and up to date.  If, however, you find errors or inaccuracies in your data, we will amend or erase that information upon request. ​

How long do we keep hold of personal information?

Records will not be kept for longer than necessary and will be in line with current GDPR legislation.

We will never share your personal information with a third party unless we have a lawful requirement to do so, or express permission from you to do so.

Our website features a contact form, which is used to collect name and email address information from prospective clients, and to collect enquiries from interested parties.  The information submitted in this form will be securely held, and will only be used to contact that individual regarding their specific enquiry.  No information submitted via this form will be shared with any third party.
