has developed, with the help of his Partners, the largest and

The Business Transfer department has also been involved in sales of businesses in the South in to the millions. Mr Gully said,
“Every year, one or two of our transactions are pretty

results!”

Matthew Rice has been involved in property agency since the
late 1980’s. After studying as a mature student in Oxfordshire,

become manager of one of the busier agency offices before joining

to guide clients through these more complicated transactions.
