two well known Island firms Jeremy Gully Commercial and Howard
Associates Chartered Surveyors. The combined practice has grown
to offer a unique range of services and experience across Commercial

and Residential Survey and Valuation Advice, Landlord and Tenant
Matters, Party Wall Advice, Expert Witness and Arbitration, Historic

Howard Technical Limited, Occupational Hygiene training and asbestos management.

Agency
As the Island’s leading Commercial Agents, the Practice has a healthy
penetration into the market place and exceptional depth of contact within
the property industry locally, nationally and, indeed, internationally.
The agency team includes Jeremy Gully, Matthew Rice,
Grant Higgs and Gavin Chambers, Jamie Whittle, Jane Juniper, Diana Drayton and Paul Jenner.

The Professional Team includes Adrian Flatt, Shaun Woolford and Paul Tombleson ably supported by Trish Flatt, Marylin Barnard and Jan Vagis. They

Julie Binnington and Adam Wales run the Commercial Property Management department, managing property with a rent role of well over £1 million.

The spread of qualification and experience across the agency and professional
departments enable us to offer development consultancy and investment
advice from land acquisition through project management, letting and onward
sale or management.
Gully Howard Technical Ltd.
A sister firm headed by Jonathan Grant AIEMA CCP (asbestos), provides
in depth advice on environmental Occupational Hygiene issues,
particularily asbestos and its management. The duty holder of
any workplace is now legally obliged to identify and properly
manage asbestos in the workplace. Training is also provided in
a wide range of Occupational Hygiene issues. For
